mbp downgraded how to upgrade?

Hello!

I reset my mpb (mid 2012) using Cmd+R.

Erased all Hard Drives (using disk utility)

Ran ‘Reinstall OS X’

Now, my mbp is downgraded to Mavericks from El Capitan

Even after logging-in to App store, it say no software updates available.

How can I re-upgrade my mbp to El Capitan. Please help!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

If your Mac isn't compatible with the latest macOS, you might still be able to upgrade to an earlier macOS, such as macOS Catalina, Mojave, High Sierra, Sierra, or El Capitan.

You might also be able to use macOS Recovery to reinstall the macOS you're using now, upgrade to the latest compatible macOS, or install the macOS that came with your Mac.
