iPad

So I bought an iPad off a woman I used to care for, family. Her family does not remember her email or password used to log into the iPad and it has been factory reset. When it brings me to the screen with her old email I don’t know how to get passed that. Please help.

You will need the assistance of the family to get this iPad undisabled for your use.

Failing this, there is nothing more to be done.

You will just have to properly recycle this device with Apple.
