iCloud storage

My iPad can't synch anymore with iCloud. Notice says not enough storage in iCloud. When i check usage i see that there is a huge space occupied by Documents.. say 109GB. But when i checked the contents of the storage on iCloud.com i can't find any folders just the photos which occupies 55GB. How can i delete those documents? Thank you for your help. :)
