Support Agreement

I have no idea who you spoke with and we are not Apple support, just other users like you.

So, you have 60 days to purchase Applecare plus which may not be available in India (I believe it is not). You have one year to purchase the regular Applecare from date of purchase (which does not include accidental damage).

So, again, we have no idea why Apple would send an agreement to be registered - I have never heard of that. You need to contact Apple to purchase Applecare. Use the support link in the upper right corner of this page and begin by telling them you need to purchase and register an Applecare plan. You may have to do this by phone.

Once you have purchased the Applecare, Apple will send you an agreement which you need to keep.

Are you referring to Applecare plus? And what do you mean with "supposed to be registered"????

Where/when did you buy it?

And where/when did you buy your device?

It should be registered automatically and no, you cannot change the date.
