When using AirPlay from iPhone or iPad to LG smart TV video fragments during play time. Any explination?

How fast is your Internet connection?
Do you have any other users using devices on your home WiFi network?
Are you trying to stream video from your iPhone to iPad to TV using the iPhone's cellular WiFi hotspot feature using your cellular data?
Data traffic on the Internet or over cellular can cause issues, too!
Originally recorded via iPhone and thought playing to tv from iPad would be just as good as directly from iPhone. No other users on WiFi network. In doing it from iPad, does that mean I'm using iPhone as hotspot? Thus, causing delay? My speed is 27 down, 9 up.
Did that and got better results. Thanks for the help!
