data download keeps getting canceled for security reasons

We see you're having some issues getting things downloaded, and we'd like to see if we can help out.

Which device are you experiencing this on? Are you downloading from the App Store on the device, or a web browser? Are you able to try downloading something else, just to see if it's affecting all downloads?

Is there any kind of security software/antivirus/firewall installed on the device you're using?

If you're using a web browser for the download, and it's only affecting a particular file, it's possible that it's preventing the download to protect the device.
