Enter the Apple ID and password that were used to enable Activation Lock. That is the ONLY way to remove this theft deterrent feature of Apple devices. If you don’t know that information you will have to find the person whose account is, or return the phone for a refund. With the password to the Apple ID holding the Activation Lock, with the requisite legal paperwork after the death of a family member, or with the original purchase receipt with serial number or IMEI and matching photo ID.


As a mechanism intended as a theft deterrent, Activation Lock is intentionally not easy to bypass.


Nobody here can help you bypass it, and Apple will only assist when the appropriate paperwork is available.
