My iPhone screen is stuck on Apple Logo when I try to reset it

Hello my phone is hanged and i can not open it, i tried to reset my settings and its been almost 30 minutes plus. It still shows the apple logo, the loading bar and gives notification sounds. but it wont open up when I tried to forcefully turn it done or reset it again.
