no. i have tried all the proposed solutions.nothing works, hence my enquiry/
I assume you are trying the update using iTunes on your PC ?
Firstly - on your phone - disable the passcode feature.
Second - restart your phone
Third - reattach phone to iTunes on PC and run the update again
Lastly - when update finished - re-enable passcode on phone
Everything OK now ?
