Netflix Error ATV-ui92

Netflix Error ATV-ui92 - I have tried all possibilities:

---reset,

--restart,

--manually changing time zone

-- reset Netflix password

I'm still unable to log in, and I am using the actual tv remote.


I referred back to devise manufacture Apple and Netflix support, and both had me do all troubleshooting, and Netflix told me that the pug is from device manufacture-Apple, not Netflix.

I have tried using a friends' account that logs me into Netflix, and it works.

However, when I log in trying to use my login, it will NOT work.


Any other options anyone can assist with?

helping other users with tech questions forum, you are not addressing apple

here  just  fellow users


you will not get that here, and since it's an error from a third party developed app you will not be likely to find an apple worker who knows netflixs error codes

Thank you, but this is not helpful as I have already read and done all of the links that you posted prior to my posting of this question.


I would not have made a repost on this forum if the links you provided yielded positive results.


I need an actual representative from Apple to comment on how they can fix their Apple TV issues.
