Unable to install “app” try again later

I recently swapped my iWatch series 3 to 5, I however discovered that some apps on the watch are not fully activated on the screen, upon clicking on it to install, I usually get an error message saying that app can’t be installed right that I should try again later.

Apps like Calculator,Compass, google map and others aren’t installing.

Even going through app store on my watch it’s just rolling. Note that my internet is very fast.

i get notifications and all, but this is just not installing.

solution please

Yes that should be all fine. Maybe you should go thru the unpair and re-pair sequence twice again. First time around select Set Up as New and then you will definitely get all built-in apps and factory defaults as well. Then during the second unpair and re-pair, select the original backup. That will bring back your set of apps and their data. That should take care of this issue.
