iPad only charging when 0 percent

My iPad is only charging when it is only 0 percent and it goes to 1 percent but when it’s on 1 percent it won’t charge does anyone know how to fix my problem?

or make an appointment and have your iPad inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
