my iphone can not restart

an app in my iphone is not work. and i wanne restart my iphone, but can not in normal way .

Have you tried this way?

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
