Recover app data
I took my Pinterest app off of back ups because my storage is filling up, now when I go into Pinterest it says I have nothing stored. How do I bring that data back to my phone, or invisibility

Restore your pre-deletion backup.
This will restore the entire iPhone to the backup, which might not be preferred, if there are other changes post-backup.
There’s no means to restore app-local data on a per-app basis, unless the app itself provides that backup.
