High Sierra Update

I purchased a MacBook Pro X in 2016 and currently I can not update from El Capitan to High Sierra. I have OS 10.11.6. When I check for updates it does not show me that the update is available.

Try installing this in Safe Mode, but not using Firefox as it’ll mess things up…
