I didn’t receive a returns label for my trade in iPhone , how can I get one ?

Usually, that box contains 2 layers of labels:

Your address label is on top. Carefully try to peel it off - the return label should be underneath. Make sure you note the tracking number and take pics of your device before placing it in the box - just in case.
