iMovie extending music

I have iMovie for the iPhone4 and I'm having a few issues with my first iMovie video. Is there a way to extend the theme music so that it fits the entire video? Also, is there a way to select what the music will be for each theme? Finally, how can I get the video on my computer?

mac book, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

There is not away to extend the theme music. You would have to have music in iTunes to use for a sound track. The theme music is a default, no flexibility. Finally, you save the movie to the camera roll and then export it when you plug your phone into the computer. On a Mac it goes into iPhoto, not sure about a pc.

Can you explain how I use iTunes as a sound track in iMovie? I don't see where I have the option to bring that in.

When you hit the little arrow to pull video into iMovie there will be three choices on the bottom. The first will be video, the second, photos, and the third Audio. Click on audio and you will be able to pull any songs from your music library on your phone into the app.

For the music to be extended, you'd need to use an MP3 editor to slice the music together, based on imovie length, then import the extended song file via itunes to the iphone.

I think Quicktime Pro can splice mp3 files, but I am not sure.

The key is, it has to be 1 file. A play list will NOT work.
