How can I manually add vaccinations into the Health app?

I read one answer about getting my PCP to enter it into Epic but my PCP does not have access to feed info into my Health app.

I still need a place to MANUALLY enter vaccinations / immunizations.

One would think Apple would read these questions and use them for development changes to the app. It would be in their interest to make the Health app the central place for users to store the information they find valuable. This will lead to improved user experience and keep us dependent on their products. The alternative is we look elsewhere to store our info.
