Apple Pencil wearing out after only 3 days of use??

My Apple pencils tip is already wearing out after only just getting it 3 days ago? I don't have a screen protector on. I’m using it often and writing with it. Can I get a replacement, considering it’s worn out within warranty? And what should I do to prevent it from occurring anymore?
