Please any help . Someone is using my old iPhone 6s which I know longer use and I want to disable the phone in generally so the person can’t use it anymore . We still shares the same iCloud

Can someone helps me to disabled my old iPhone 6s which has been accessing by another person . I tried so hard to labeled it us lost iPhone but it never works when the person connect to Internet ,the person will also turn it on because he has the old passcode to be opening it

This sounds more like an issue with your Apple ID being compromised since it is your ID that provides access to a device.
