Safari extentions

The App Store does not indicate which Safari extensions are intel or Apple silicon. I just got my new M1 iMac (first Mac ever) and I don't want anything needing Rosetta on it... or does that apply to extensions?

Safari is not loading or slow to load after update to Ventura. On the same Mac, Chrome loads and runs normal How do I get Safari to load and run with normal efficiency after updating to Ventura?
