Apple made an incorrect invoice deliberately to avoid giving the cashback, the cashback in the name of which apple attracted customers to buy more. How to get the correct invoice from Apple ?

If you bought that product at Apple Online Shop, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support
If you bought it at an Apple Store or Authorized Reseller, contact them and ask for the correct receipt/invoice.
