Apple watch connecting problem

I have a problem with my sister’s watch. she was using an old apple ID and now the watch do not want to connect with the new apple id wich she is using now . Help how to fix that problem.

Did she remove the watch from the old Apple ID.

Then she needs to follow these instructions;


Remove  Watch Activation Lock -

Go to icloud.com and login

Open Find iPhone.

In the All Devices pulldown menu select the Watch.

In the resulting sheet that appears to the right choose erase Apple Watch. Select Next until the device is erased.

Then Remove the watch from the Apple ID.


This should reset the watch to the factory settings to be set up as new and pair it to an iPhone.
