Update Apple Watch from 4.3.2
I want to update my first gen Apple Watch to watchOS 6.1 (it’s currently running 4.3.2). My iPhone cannot find any updates and tells me my Apple Watch is up to date. Are there any fixes for this?

If you have a first generation watch then WatchOS4 is as far as you can go.
