iCloud photos on my iPhone got deleted

when i logged onto another phone with my icloud the photos on my main phone got deleted. how can i get it back?

On the basis of what you say, you must have deleted the photos on one of the devices which will then delete them on all devices if you are using iCloud Photos to sync..
