Iphone XS back camera shaking

So, my iphone XS’s back camera is shaking and blurry, it also keeps making a buzzing sound and has small dots on it.

Surprisingly however, it only seems to shake in photo mode. In portrait photos its perfect; does not shake and isnt blurry.

the videos also end up with a sharp ringing sound.

is this a software problem or hardware ?

I’ve cleaned my camera lens numerous times. Also it was dropped from a small height of 2ft and ended up with a cracked screen
