I keep getting a message in calender saying that my phone may have been hacked and need to download a malware. Is this from apple ? If so what malware is the in ent phone will need

Infected phone? I keep getting a message out of my Calendar saying that my phone is infected with malware due to viewing adult websites. I never view adult websites using the IPhone. Is this true or a scam? What should I do? Below is a screen shot of what I see.
