Keychain icon
I mistakenly deleted the Keychain icon on my new Apple iPad Air. Now I’d like to restore it but can’t find the icon. I’m 86 now & my
brain she ain’t working as well now. Thank you very much..

I cannot comment on what you think you might have deleted, but from someone who has been using and providing support within the iPad Apple Support Community for many years, I can assure you that there has never been a native App icon that links directly to the iPad Keychain.
Perhaps you had created or downloaded a Shortcut - using the iPadOS Shortcuts App?
Keychain icon? There isn’t one.
For iOS/iPadOS, Passwords and saved account credentials are accessed directly from iPad Settings:
Settings > Passwords
Thanks for replying but there certainly was on this brand new iPad Air. I know for certain because I deleted it.

I’ll try the shortcut. Keychain appeared in the lists. Thank you
I presume you have come across this article from MacObserver:

From here you can create a shortcut to Passwords in iPad settings.
