Two-Factor Authentication

Can you please temporarily turn off Two-Factor Authentication for my account? I am unable to log into my Facebook account because it now requires I generate a verification code from my phone since my Facebook password has been changed. The problem is my phone number isn't recognized on my facebook account so a code never gets sent to my phone. If I'm able to log into Facebook without Two-Factor Authentication activated I can then add my phone number to the Facebook account and won't have this issue. I've tried several times reaching out to Facebook directly but all of the solutions require me to generate a verification code before I can log in.

iPhone 12, iOS 14

We are users like you, not Apple employees, so we don't have access to your data information.

Are you using your Apple ID to sign into Facebook or does Facebook have their own 2 Factor Authentication system?

See if anything here helps.  If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.
