I have charges I didn’t authorize and there not associated with my apple account I need a refund processed for every charge

Refund for unauthorized charges
If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
If they didn't come from Apple or anywhere else you recognize, dispute them with your bank.
