Every time I try to install an App from the AppStore, I get the following prompt "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information" but there is nothing that shows up for me to review/agree. The behavior is cyclic, in the sense, I am asked to enter my password to review, which I enter and nothing shows up to review.

We understand that you are attempting to install an appp from the App Store, but are getting a message that your Apple ID hasn't been used with the iTunes Store. We would recommend that before trying to use the App Store, you go to the iTunes Store and sign in there. It will likely ask you to verify some information like billing address, payment method, etc. when you sign in. Once you have done this, you should be able to go to the App Store and download the apps you are interested in.
