I only have one device to my iCloud it’s a iPhone 11 and I’ve seen a lot of other devices to my iCloud

Change the PW of your Apple ID. Someone may have stolen it.

I do and some how they are getting back in I know they had my google account got all that gone and for some reason my settings app don’t seem like the one that came from apple
