We have videos playing on the Apple tv from the Ipad icloud files. I need to see how to repeat the videos and not have to press play all the time.

It sounds like you'd like a constant playback of videos that originate from iCloud Files on your iPad. Since the feature isn't directly available, we can offer a workaround to make this happen.

Within the Files app on the iPad, select all the content you'd like to play and export them to the photos app. Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror your device’s screen then go back to Photos. Select the content again, and tap the share button to create a slideshow that will start. Once it begins, tap the screen to choose options, which include Repeat.
