someone got my IP address

someone send me this link and I opened that.

I’m totally unaware about that. Now that person has my IP address. I want to know that what he/she can do with that also how to make my device more secure.

Any website you visit can detect your IP address. This is what a Statcounter list of visitors to my website looks like:

It's nothing you need worry about as long as your router is an up-to-date one and you have changed the password from the default one.
