How do I set up my email on iTunes
I need to set up my email in iTunes so I could download apps but I don’t know how to

Device or computer? If a device, what IOS version? You need to use the email as the address for an Apple ID so you can sign into iTunes with that Apple ID.

Apple ID - Could Not Create or Could Not Set Up iCloud message.
For a computer, open iTunes, then go to the Account menu item in the top bar, and sign in there. For a device, sign into Settings.
