Not a virus as there are no known virus for non-jailbroken iPhones.

Possible, but easily remedied if you get something. Most often, people see spam calendar entries. If you see anything you don't recognize in your calendar it's easy to fix.

I'm sure you're just fine. Stop worrying. This is why iPhone has the best, most secure operating system of any phone out there. It's very very very very hard to penetrate the walled garden.
