Try deleting the iOS a software and start over again.

Go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage. Let the list of apps load. Swipe down to find the downloaded iOS software. Tap on it. Delete it in the next screen. Restart your phone. Go back to Settings>General>Software Update and try downloading and installing again.

I see 2 problems in your screen shot. FIRST, you are not connected to Wi-Fi; you must be to install an update. SECOND, your phone is in low power mode. It will not update in low power mode; you need to turn low power mode off.

Don’t change the date. Set the date to automatic and then try again.

Are you trying to do this over a WiFi network? Maybe try updating through your computer.

Why should anyone disable their passcode to update over the air? That is only a workaround needed when updating with a computer and an out-of-date iTunes for Windows version.

Try what Demo suggested and start over. Why are you changing the date?
