I have done everything that was suggested and my airpods are still cutting in and out.

My airpods keep cutting in and out.

This is a good place to get started and if the troubleshooting fails, you may need to contact Apple Support. Please try the troubleshooting tips first, I apologise if you have already tried them, but as you have not specified your current troubleshooting methods (Well done for attempting to troubleshoot by the way!), I have provided you with the solution which should hopefully get things running again.
