It appears that a family member is unavailable for Apple Card Family. Reviewing the Apple Support article How your Apple Card application is evaluated was a great idea, and we're happy to provide some clarification from there.


Only eligible members of your Family Sharing group appear in the list. Check out the "What you need" section in the Apple Support article below to learn more about the requirements:

Set up Apple Card Family and add a co-owner and participants
