I cannot get my watch to leave the watch basics screen. I have done hard reset and shut down and restarted phone as well. It will show my Home Screen picture briefly then flip back. Advice?

If hard reset didn't fix it, I would go for unpair and re-pair next. That will restore your watch back to factory settings, while keeping your apps and data intact.

If you look in the top left corner the watch hasn't finished syncing,I would wait a while to let it finish.
