logic control jog wheel?

Can you assign it to:

"Forward"

and

"rewind"

(look them up in key commands)

You probably have it on scrub or shuttle or something like that. Forward and rewind snap to bar-when stopped too.

Try adjusting the snap value in Logic. If it is set to "smart" then the snap value intelligently changes with the present zoom resolution. So, if you want your MCU jog wheel to snap to the next bar change the snap value in logic to "bar" or adjust your zoom resolution.

I just recently sold my MCU so I don't exactly remember how to change all of the settings.

Also, you can go to Logic Pro, Preferences, Control Surfaces, Preferences and see if the "jog resolution depends on horizontal zoom" is enabled.

for a while I thought you were talking about an input device, not a control surface. There is a Logic feedback, and there is the phone support. Feedback is probably what you want to hit if Mackie confirms incompatability. Otherwise you can assign keys to the commands I suggested-though workarounds are not all too fun.
