Unable to cancel subcription

Hello guys.

I am facing a problem that I am unable to cancel subcriptions.

3 weeks ago I tried Apple One and feel like I am not satistified with it. So I decided to cancel subcription before the trial ends (Trial ends at 6th June), but it keeps saying "You can manage this subcription on the device that you used to purchase it"

I have only three devices that logged into my apple ID, my phone, ipad and PC. I have checked through History payment and found that my Ipad was the one subcriped. But I am now unable to cancel it from any of those three devices. All pop up the same message.

Any advices would help

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend that you reach out to Apple Support directly. Here's how: Apple - Support - Product Selection


Through that link, choose Billing & Subscriptions > Subscriptions & Purchases > View, change, or cancel subscriptions.
