Safari not loading results/ searches or websites

I am running on a MacBook Air 2017 version with the latest MacOS that is [Big Sur 11.3.1]. From the last 2 weeks, Safari has been giving me issues related to not loading anything that I search ! It takes an eternity to load even the simplest of searches. For eg:- if I just search " news, or hello!, or Batman ". The loading bar just stops completing only 1/4th of its path, and it take around 15-20 seconds for a single simple search, sometimes not even THAT, it just freezes.

My internet connection gives me a constant 200mbps upload and download speed, which is pretty fast, I am able to go full HD on any other device without any loss in ping. In Fact, I can even watch YouTube and netflix on this Mac on HD, but the problem is with loading searches and websites. I have tried clearing all of my history, emptying my entire cache, emptying every other storage of websites and cookies. Basically resetting everything. I have tried steps that numerous websites told me to follow like:

https://www.online-tech-tips.com/mac-os-x/safari-running-slow-on-mac/

But nothing seems to be working out. I am a safari user, and I believe it's been designed to work perfectly with Macs and its optimised blah blah.... The last option I am left with, is resetting my entire Mac, which I will NOT do. If anyone, please if anyone has got any suggestion as to how to fix this horrible bug, please HELP!

And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and

the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.
