The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

when i update the software its paused how to resume it im not update in wifi

Click on a link below for full instructions about how to update with wi-fi or 5G, or using a computer if you have storage or connectivity issues. Unless you have 5G you cannot use a data plan.
