Suspected Static (when charging) causing my Touch ID to not work
Hello, I am having a problem as mentioned in my title. So the whole issue is as such:
- When I attached my power cable to the MacBook and turn on the electricity, I am not able to unlock my Mac using my touchID. But as soon as I disconnect the cable, the Touch ID works. Not once, or twice but every time it is able to do so. So I am suspecting static or something is having some interferences here. Please help me on this one.
- This is a minor issue. When my Mac is charging and when I am using it to type, I can feel a bit of like 'magnetic or static' feeling on the metal surface beside the track pad.
These two problems I think are related to statics or something. How can I resolve this issue? And fyi I have already use 3 pin socket, so I presume the whole thing is "earthed".
Thank you! Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated!
