Link color in Notes
I find that the yellow-orange color which Notes uses for links difficult to read. I have been unable to find any way to change it. Does anyone have any knowledge of how to fix this?

In macOS High Sierra, I do not believe you can alter that dreadful yellow link color. In macOS Big Sur 11.*, you can change the Accent color in System Preferences > General, and the link color will dynamically change to that accent color (e.g. blue).
