Connecting an iPad to its keyboard without wifi/Bluetooth?
I'm wondering if it is possible to connect the 10.2" iPad (not Pro or Air) to the Smart Keyboard without using wifi/Bluetooth?
Thank you.

None of the Apple Smart Keyboards use Bluetooth or WiFi to connect with a compatible iPad.
All of the Apple Smart Keyboards connect using a direct electrical connection with the Apple-proprietary “smart” connector - this being located on either the back-panel or bottom edge (when placed in landscape orientation) of the iPad.

Your post shows that you're using an iPad, 6th generation. If this is correct, the Smart Keyboard is not compatible with your iPad.
