iPad Pro 2020 microphone issue

Hello everybody, I’m writing because since few weeks I’ve got an issue: when I start an audio recording by the Voice Memos app, the application stops working without recording.

Using external app such as Notability, I got an error like: “audio system problem” (I just have the right permission regarding the microphone use)-

The fact is that the microphones seem to work properly, because if I try to record a video with the internal/external cameras everything goes well, ditto for calls.

Moreover, this problem does not always arise, but only at certain times and this leads me to think that the problem is not hardware.

I tried to format via itunes by connecting the device to the PC but the problem persists.

Did someone have the same problems and somehow solved it or my only hope is to get it fixed?
