Broken iPhone, Forwarding calls and texts

I broke the screen on my work phone. I'm trying to forward my calls and/or texts to my personal phone until I receive a new one. Both are iPhones. How do I forward calls/texts?

I need to forward all my texts to another phone number. I do not have "forward your texts" option in Settings. How can I forward all my texts from my iPhone to a different phone number? I am sending my phone in for repair, but work from my iPhone. It is imperative to receive my text messages to my other phone while my iPhone is being repaired. In Settings, I do not have an option to "Forward text messages" Although, I do have an iPad and another phone which is Android based, and another iPhone. What options do I have? Please help.

Put the SIM into a working phone and put in or phone-in the codes to set up the forwarding.
