Voicemail
My IPhone SE is set to Custom fir voicemails, but when someone calls it goes to an automated message that doesn’t allow messages to be left. HELP!

Try this Force restart iPhone - Apple Support if that doesn't work, then see below.
You'll need to get in touch with your phone carrier voicemail is their feature.
